Volunteers are needed to help with Festival in the Park activities.  This three-day event raises about $2500 for various missions of our church and community. About 50 volunteers are needed to help sell pie and ice cream, set up and tear down the booth, and bake cinnamon rolls.  Many more volunteers are needed to bake all the wonderful fruit pies that our customers love.   

 

Sign-up sheets for working the pie booth are available in the fellowship hall for volunteers to pick their desired schedule.  At least one additional truck is needed to help haul the tables and freezer to the park and back to the church.  I also need 4 coolers for pop and water sales.

 

Set-up begins at 8:00 am on Friday, July 17 with the booth opening at 4:00 pm.  At least 20 fruit pies will be needed by 1:00 pm for Friday’s event.
